Have I missed the good docs on this? I feel dumb for missing this, but for all those years I was trying to figure out how to *manually* create a PSSessionConfiguration pointing to pwsh when all I needed to do was call Enable-PSRemoting *from pwsh.exe, not just powershell.exe*
