@PlayStationEU Just had most shocking of customer support calls with an issue on PS Now, and told nothing we can/will do - promise a 7 day trial and if you did not accept trial terms (which did not come up this morning when i activated subscription) that it is tough - really!!

People coming out of the woodwork to “help” trainers/teachers move to virtual. Note differences in informational webinar, skills-based training, academic course, etc. I don’t know many qualified to help w all types. (I’m not at all qualified for K-12.) Check credentials!
