@PlayStationEU Just had most shocking of customer support calls with an issue on PS Now, and told nothing we can/will do - promise a 7 day trial and if you did not accept trial terms (which did not come up this morning when i activated subscription) that it is tough - really!!
And then there was the team leader who had to run meeting as Mrs Potato Head!! DOH!!
