Kyle and Jamie Whittingham did not take the Michigan job because they care about you or Michigan. They took the job out of spite, for being forced out at Utah. They don’t live in Michigan and want no part of your community.
Inspite of this, the Whittinghams are not quitters, they will see this through. You can bet your ass they will see this through.
This isn’t an overnight job. The culture at Michigan needs a complete overhaul. The strength and conditioning has been lousy for several years, and there are many attitudes that still need to be weeded out.
The wheat is being separated from the chaff. This is a 5-year overhaul. Be grateful and be patient.
