Our institutions have failed us again. According to one online poll, 39% of respondents (out of over 800 people) experienced tech issues with @Examsoft. When will something be done? We've been fighting for over a year. cc: @LorenaSGonzalez @StateBarCA @CaSupremeCourt

Not following here. Most folks on #lawtwitter that took the bar and passed (including practitioners / professors) have advocated for abolition. What’s the issue with @NA4ELP’s tweet? Are you stereotyping a demographic of folks that pass v don’t passed based on law school?

@NA4ELP So I just took my mock exams and realized that if I close the tool kit for the PT, the @ExamSoft screen enlarges and I can’t read the right side of the highlightable PT file. @StateBarCA How has the format STILL not been fixed?

Seems like folks in CA aren’t the only ones experiencing portability issues. @NCBEX gave states ultimatums: either have in person exams during a pandemic or get an MBE that is not UBE. Shameful.

So, due to a change in life circumstances, I am going to have to take the bar exam AGAIN. Not because I didn't pass the first time, but because the October 2020 UBE in New York had portability to only 11 states instead of the usual 38. #barpocalypse is never gonna end for me 😓
