Things that can actually move the needle for your brand:
- new products
- new landing pages
- new offers
- new channels
- new creatives (mainly new angles unlocking new audiences)
Things that don’t
- vibe coding apps that you can pay $100 a month for already
- refining your “brand guide”
- Updating your SOP’s
- Changing your meta structure for the 100th time
- email popups
- AI apps
- finding a new way to automate your shitty static ads with AI

Onboarding call with a Dutch client - ecom founder based in Thailand 🇳🇱🇹🇭 that scaled to $900k per month. Former dropshipper turned real brand builder, spending $400k a month on ads alone.
Here are the issues. He's got aUS LLC already (good), but he's routing his ad spend through a fintech debit card, earning 2% cash back. That's $8k a month in returns. Sounds decent until you realize what he's actually leaving on the table. And on top of that, zero US credit profile, zero tier-1 banking relationships, and profits just sitting exposed inside active operating LLCs with no real asset protection in place.
The fintech trap is real. Convenient, easy to set up, but it costs you millions in the long run.
Here's the full Phantom play we're rolling with:
The first move is establishing a real US banking presence. Deposit $100k into a Chase business checking account and park it there for a month. Can be done rremotely. This is the backdoor method that cuts the Chase Sapphire Reserve Business card wait from 12 months down to 2. No lengthy credit history required, no US residency. Remote account opening is doable with the right banker.
Once that card is live, the $400k monthly ad spend shifts immediately.
🔥 Chase Sapphire Reserve Business at 3x points on spend = $12k a month in returns. That's $48k more per year just from the card switch alone.
🔥 The Chase credit line also fast-tracks the Amex Business Gold approval, cutting that wait down to around six months. At 4x points on advertising spend, the multiplier compounds fast. At $400k/mo, that's 1.6 million Amex points every single month. Flip to cash back when points stack too high and you're looking at serious free margin.
🔥 On the wealth side, we're constructing the 2nd and 3rd Phantom Pillars. First, finalize his Thai personal tax residency. He's already spending 183 days+ in Thailand, he just needs to make it official. Next - keep foreign income out of thailand. Result: 0% tax on global income, legally.
Now that his net profit is "legit," and can be used for whatever he likes - the last piece is to stop holding cash in the active US LLC entirely.
The structure looks like this:
→ Clean profits (thanks to the 0% thai tax residency) flow from a US LLC into a Panama Foundation with a Swiss bank account
→ Capital goes into index funds compounding at ~10% annually
→ Use a Lombard loan to borrow 80% of the portfolio value in cash
→ That cash buys real estate or funds inventory, while the portfolio keeps growing untouched
Double dipping. Capital works in the market AND buys hard assets simultaneously. Wealth is fully anonymized, lawsuit-proof, and completely outside the operating business.
The math here is hard to ignore. Monthly returns jump from $8k to $12k the moment the card switches. The Chase relationship opens doors to inventory financing and acquisition credit lines that fintech can never offer. And the foundation structure means his net worth compounds indefinitely without ever being exposed to business risk again.
Most founders think fintech is a shortcut. It's actually a ceiling.
If ur doing serious volume and still running it all through a debit card with no US credit profile and no structure around your wealth, that's not a cash flow problem. That's an architecture problem.
We fix architecture.
Really disappointed with the service from @Wise lately. We already submitted all requested business documents, invoices, and verification info, but we still can’t properly receive or send payments for our business. Would appreciate if someone from the team could contact us.
How do Shopify brands show 6–8 images per color variant on a single product page?
Example: select Black → gallery shows only black product photos.
Shopify only lets you assign 1 image per variant, so how are stores doing full variant galleries?
Im looking into making a V2 version of our bestselling product with a new mechanism, what are the best sourcing companies to get this done?
Serious question for brand builders:
When does it make sense to move from pure paid ads to community, ambassadors, and UGC?
This is the last 90 days for this brand.
Too early, right timing, or still premature?
