We've done $100M+ in sales In just the last 12 months... So I made a video. 10 lessons. Such as: Focus is overrated.. Numbers don't actually matter.. Speed compounds more than anything... & 7 more. Scaling to 8-9 figures? Then this is a must watch. Like + RT + Comment "send" (must follow) & I'll DM it

Our ecom brand does $100M+/year. But every $10M+/month brand, started by cracking $1M/month first. So I filmed the exact blueprint to get there. 8 steps, in order. Including the 1 almost everyone gets to too late. Like + RT + Comment "send" (must follow) & I'll DM it.

We did $100M+ in the last 365 days. I distilled it into 10 lessons: • Why your product matters less than you think • The model that's dying • Why Amazon is a cheat code • & more. All packed into a 30 min video. Like + RT + comment "lessons" (must follow) and I'll DM it

Creative strategists have quietly become the most valuable employees in ecom. But most brand owners don’t treat them like it. They try paying strategists $3k/month and a shitty bonus structure… Then wonder why they can’t remove themselves from the creative process. Why every winning angle still has to come from them. Why every brief still needs their approval. Why nobody else “can do creative like they can.” The reality is usually much simpler: They’re just hiring shitty strategists. Because they’re optimizing for cheap talent instead of elite talent. And this is where most founders completely miss the math. The difference between an average strategist and an elite strategist is not 1-2x better. It’s often 10-100x better. One great strategist can literally generate millions in additional revenue for a brand. Which means paying 10-20% above market for elite talent can be one of the highest ROI decisions you make. There’s a massive arbitrage right now on top creative talent. Across our brands we now employ 15+ creative strategists. And we intentionally pay top dollar for the best ones. (Btw if you’re a killer strategist, DM me lol) So how do you actually filter for who’s elite vs who’s full of shit? Most founders figure this out the expensive way. They waste months hiring “strategists” that make decent looking ads, but can’t consistently produce winners. Then they spend months training them. Getting them up to speed. Feeding them angles. Explaining the customer. Reviewing every script. Giving constant feedback. Only to realize 3-6 months later the person still isn’t actually good. So now they’ve burned money, time, energy, momentum, and are right back where they started. Still stuck being the creative strategist themselves. Which means the business never actually escapes the founder bottleneck. That’s why most brands never build a scalable creative machine. So over the last few months I built a stupid simple filtering process. And the best part? You can do almost all of it before even interviewing them. By the time I hop on a call with a strategist, I’m already 90% sure I want to hire them. Here’s exactly what I look at: 1. Where have they worked? I want to see they’ve worked at a real brand. At least high 8 or 9 figures. Then I look deeper. How long were they there? Did they actually have impact? Why did they leave? Do they constantly bounce around from brand to brand every few months? A lot of people can put a big brand name in their bio. Very few actually moved the needle there. Most of this can be seen on the resume. 2. Their portfolio. I watch the ads. This is the fastest way to spot talent. You can instantly tell who understands hooks, angles, direct response psychology, and what actually converts. Great strategists leave fingerprints on creatives. You can feel it immediately. 3. The data behind the ads. This is the biggest tell of all. Can they actually show performance metrics tied to the ads they made? Real numbers. Spend. CPA. nROAS. If someone can’t show data, there’s usually a reason. And without it I’ll almost always pass. If a strategist checks all 3 boxes, odds are they’re legit. These are the ones to pay above market. At this point it mostly comes down to culture fit, work ethic, communication, and operational skill. That’s what the interview is for. But here’s what most people still don’t understand: Creative strategy is no longer just “making ads.” It IS the growth engine. In today’s market media buying is commoditized. Creative is ALL the leverage. And the people controlling the creative direction are becoming some of the highest ROI hires in the entire company. The brands that understand this will continue scaling. The brands that don’t will stay stuck thinking the founder is the only person who can make winning ads. So all in all: 1. Filter for top talent 2. When they meet the criteria, pay them well. Simple, and it works.
