We need folks -- and not just Black folks -- to defend the National Museum of African American History and Culture when JD comes for pretty much everything in it, just because it tells the truth. Block their entrance. Make a scene. Force him to admit he's a Confederate

What horseshit from @DeptofDefense that they "mistakenly" deleted pages on the Navajo Code Talkers, black Medal of Honor recipients, Jackie Robinson, and more. They labeled them DEI and deleted them. Then got caught and now they are scrambling. Nobody changes a URL by mistake. Constant lies.

Now is as good a time as any to remind everyone that the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City (@NLBMuseumKC) exists to tell a deeply important American story -- one that is ultimately about triumph. Our history, good and bad, is all we have. Learning it is our duty.

Navajo Marine Ira Hayes helped raise the American flag over Iwo Jima in WW2. Today Trump had him removed from military websites because his bravery in action is considered “DEI.” Trump never served. Ira Hayes was a hero. Agree?

Jackie Robinson broke the color barrier in baseball, he is the definition of diversity and inclusion. It’s the whole point.
Replying to @ninaturner
Jackie Robinson wasn't a DEI hire so he shouldn't have been on that website to begin with.

In yet another complete betrayal, Cadet Bone Spurs is removing the stories of great American heroes from our military websites.
Their service deserves to be celebrated, not erased.
Donald Trump must #RestoreAllWhoServed.
These are the brave heroes he's ashamed of 🧵

This is Colonel Nicole Malachowski. A 21-year veteran of the Air Force, she is the first woman to fly with the Thunderbirds and flew 26 missions in Iraq. Trump has removed all mention of her from federal websites. RETWEET if you stand with @RealMalachowski against Trump!

Navajo Code Talkers were instrumental in the United States and our allies winning World War II. Erasing their stories from military websites is a dishonor to their memories, our veterans, and beyond appalling. Indigenous history is American history and we must remember the heroes who served our country selflessly. axios.com/local/salt-lake-ci…

This is blatantly disrespectful. Navajo Code Talkers were vital to winning WWII, using an unbreakable code that saved countless lives. Erasing their legacy is a dishonor to these heroes and their families. Their legacy deserves to be remembered and honored.

The Navajo Code Talkers are heroes. They helped our country defeat Nazis & fought for our freedom. It’s despicable that this administration removed this history from their webpages. We will always honor them — even in the face of this administration’s hostility toward veterans.

The Iowa DOGE website is up. You can report anything for waste, fraud, or abuse. I can’t think of a more apt topic than vouchers. It would be a *shame* if the portal was clogged with such reports. 😉 doge.feedback.iowa.gov

Are you married? The SAVE Act will place unnecessary burdens on American women who have changed their name, making it harder to exercise their constitutional right to vote. Help Rep. Sykes spread the word by sharing this graphic with your followers!

Congratulations to two college students, Calcea Johnson and Ne'Kiya Jackson, for publishing five new proofs of the Pythagorean Theorem in American Mathematical Monthly — and in addition, a new method for finding proofs that can be used to find even more! cbsnews.com/news/teens-pytha…
