I hear too many people complain about the cost of connects on Upwork while failing to factor them into their pricing.
You can't afford to take $30/hour jobs if your monthly expenses are $4,800.
$30 * 160 hours = $4,800 - $4,800 = ZERO.
Charge more, or your business will fail. Remember, you are a business whether you like it or not. 📊
HOT TAKE:
I don't care much for the dark mode in @Upwork.
I'm it will help a lot of those freelancers that stay up all night 🤣
But there are other things I wish they would have focused on..
We often get the question when talking to new freelancers why we are helping other freelancers that do the same work we do?
Arn't we worried about them stealing all the jobs?

@posthog analytics changed me $84 DOLLARS for auto captured events in their SDK that racked up > 1 Million events on a tiny project!

So I simply reached out to PostHog support about the issue understanding that nothing would probably done, but worth a try. To my surprise, I got the following email this morning! So long story short:

#1 - When setting up PostHog, look into the events being auto captured. By default they should be fine, but just because of how I set up my project it was logging like crazy..
#2 - If you have any problems, reach out to @posthog. They have been great for us!
