One of the dumbest things you can do in 2026 is put all your eggs in one basket when building with AI.
Real ones are setting up a symphony of LLM’s that allow them to play to their strengths and share a brain.
My Orca is loaded with xai, codex, Gemini, and of course Claude. Non chat LLMs like Jev. Not to mention small local models like Ollama for tiny tasks.
So unfortunately @TonyRobbins I won’t be able to attend UPW tomorrow. I have a spare ticket if anyone wants it.
My son is going back onto chemo tomorrow and I’ll need to stay on the mission.
Last year I missed you by 15 minutes for the same reasons.
I really hoped I’d be able to attend and treat it as a reset after seeing what my son endured.

The fastest way to get paid by a business that's never bought AI:
Don't sell them AI.
Sell them a paid audit.
Charge a few hundred dollars to spend 45 minutes with the owner mapping every task their team does by hand.
Come back with a short report. Three to five jobs AI could take off their plate, ranked by how much time and money each one is bleeding.
Two things happen.
One, you've already been paid. No more free discovery calls that go nowhere.
Two, the build sells itself. It's not your pitch anymore. It's their list, their numbers, their idea.
My student Helmi did exactly this. A prospect wasn't ready for his full done-for-you service, so he sold a $493 consultation package instead. Got paid to point at the problem. The bigger work came after.
The audit is the front door.
