My most important tweet this year?
Dr Pasquale : your chance of being born outside Africa or Asia is 15% , yet all the representation in trials is from countries outside Africa and Asia, the global pharma and device exclude them from trials! #ESCCongress
I promised yesterday to show you a deep dive into a Digital Opinion Leader profile with LIVE updates today, so I'm keeping that promise!
Here's a look at our #HCM DOL Finder LIVE we're testing at #ESCCongress, which has been capturing excitement today around some key trials being presented.
You'll see the impact that physicians like @MasriAhmadMD , @AndrewJSauer and @drbennisahmed are having in sharing their immersion reflections on new data presented today.
These live updates take the DOL Finder platform to a new level - you no longer need to wait for the next data refresh but can immediately see how doctors are reacting. During medical congress, that can make all the difference to the in-person conversations you have. – at Munich, Germany
Cardiologists and other HCPs are posting their reactions to new data and ideas at #ESCCongress, and the @CREATION team is here tracking whose posts are making a big impact in scientific learning.
If you're posting your ideas about the science you're seeing, come find me and I'll show you an analysis of your own peer engagement and impact in #CVRM indications
At the end of day 1 at #ESCCongress, here's a quick look at the world's most impactful HCPs who have been engaged in the #CVRM digital conversation.
Tomorrow I'll show you what we discover when we dive into one of those profiles.

There is intresting live debate going on X amongst people whom I admire ( on X and in real world both ) @oncology_bg @Dr_R_Kurzrock @dr_yakupergun
ORR Vs OS
I could not resist the temptation to make this infographic to show both sides on 1 page for benifit of audience on X .
Research shows the most peer-trusted healthcare professional voices shaping NSCLC scientific learning online during the last three years of ASCO.
@CREATION's unique HCP Peer Impact metric, an algorithm based on how often other HCPs mention a particular HCP within a specific conversation (in this case, posts about lung cancer during ASCO medical congress), is a powerful way to identify which oncologists or other HCPs are most trusted by their online peers.
You'll notice that the most peer-trusted HCPs are not necessarily the noisiest or most-prolific posters, but they certainly play their part.
Ones to watch for #ASCO26:
#1 @StephenVLiu
#2 @HHorinouchi
#3 @CharuAggarwalMD
#4 @RManochakian
#5 @DrJNaidoo

...it's been a long time coming but I'm so glad to start releasing my latest conversations with the HCPs and scientists shaping healthcare!
"Editors and publishers cannot fall back upon the convenient theory of irresponsibility as to advertisements [containing medical misinformation]... They are parties in the transaction and share the profits of this deception practised upon the ignorance and credulousness of the masses they profess to educate and protect."
Boston Medical and Surgical Journal, 1866
The @RoySocMed library is a nice spot in Central London to get some work done in between meetings. I could spend days here - today I enjoyed browsing a few ancient medical journals, with articles from more than 150 years ago describing the latest medical science in the 1800s.
One thing that struck me: doctors tackling medical misinformation in popular media is nothing new!
Here's to all the healthcare professionals today who work tirelessly to combat misinformation on social media.

Publications such as these were significantly amplified by HCPs at #ESCCongress.
HCPs like @DrPascalMeier and @Drroxmehran who referenced the #AQUATIC @NEJM publication also interpreted the data in real-time, helping peers stay informed of the latest data and recommendations.

We tracked the most-shared journals by HCPs online on day 3 of #ESCCongress.
The #AQUATIC publication in @NEJM drove HCP discussions discouraging the use of aspirin in patients with chronic coronary syndrome who were already receiving oral anticoagulation.
