Trying to keep track of what GitHub PR review comments were addressed in a pushed commit, which ones you only typed a reply for but still need to push, and which ones are still pending is a complete mess.
How teams do code review without Gerrit is honestly unclear to me.

If anyone out there is feeling like an impostor, I just want you to know that as a principal engineer with decades of experience, every time I interview a candidate for a position on the team I still feel like there’s a good chance I don’t get the job.

One of the most ridiculous reasons I was told I didn’t get a promotion my manager had fought for was that I supposedly needed to work on my people skills.
I asked what would show I had the needed skills.
They cited getting buy-in on a major project of my own creation.
I cited 10.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: the Cabinet should stop hiding behind anonymous leaks to reporters and do what the Constitution demands they do: invoke the 25th Amendment and remove this President from office.
JUST IN: “This is not news we deliver lightly,” @margbrennan says as she reports: Trump Cabinet secretaries are discussing invoking the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump. Nothing formal yet presented to VP Pence.
“I’m talking about actual members of the Cabinet,” she says

I think it is now crystal clear that this is right. Everyone who has been a part of this attempted coup should be written out of public life forever. They did this. They own this.
Quite simply, everyone who was part of this attempted coup shld be written out of public life forever. As challenging as that will be, not attempting to do so undermines the premise that these people did anything wrong. You become complicit in the offense. talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog…

This is why we took action. If things don’t change, our hospitals will be overwhelmed.
If we can repeat the success we had in March, we will bend the curve, keep people out of the hospital and save lives.

ALT Graph projecting daily hospitalizations in Washington state if transmission rates persist vs. if the Nov 16th restrictions are as successful as restrictions in March. If transmission persists, IDM projects a record level of hospitalizations before the end of the year. If new restrictions are effective, IDM projects the increasing trend in hospitalizations could reverse by December.
