Shopify Payments on my store just got deactivated, and we have zero chargebacks, not a single one.
I understand why it got flagged, since we have a lot of unfulfilled orders. But if you look at our store, you’ll see that’s because we sell our main product on pre-order.
All of those orders are in the late stage of production, and the first half of our latest batch should ship in the next few days. Our payouts are now held for 120 days.
We’re appealing and can send anything you need, including our factory order, the production schedule, tracking, company documents and bank statements. Since our payouts are already held, we’re also happy to accept a reserve tied to our ship dates.
Hoping someone on the team can take a look

biggest psy ops / desperate cope in ecom creative strategy:
0 - Creative Strategy won't be replaced by AI. (More on that at point 7.)
1 - be original
2 - AI cannot support volume AND intent. Yes it can't - the way 99% of ppl in the space are using it. It's just an engineering skill issue.
3 - AI cannot think of good, original ideas. Okay... Mr. Vincent van Gogh? Lots of "Artists" in this game. However, this game is data and speed of iteration + reasonable quality. Artists are not here to stay and i'm really happy about that.
4 - I'm better than AI at thinking of better concepts. Mhm. Ok. Again, at what scale? Because once somebody cracks ideas that are almost as good as yours, but he can do them at 100x the volume then you're in for trouble.
5 - AI cannot write good copy. No. YOU can't write good copy and you cannot explain to AI how to write good copy. You would struggle with a real employee under you for the same reason. So what - never hire employees?
6 - the end user is a sophisticated, careful buyer. terribly optimistic about human nature and who's buying. people are as irrational as ever and optimistic as ever. Ok. Let's see the patterns out of our own little bubble here - Highest spending ever on consumer goods ( useless shit), highest spending ever on adult, highest spending ever on gambling. And you're here telling me mfs THINK before doing something? Stop projecting internal worthless limiting belief and guilt-think. However, funny enough - normies love love to LARP as logical when u give them the opportunity. They just cannot refuse the ego trip they get out of it. On the flip side, if you approach it the right way - normies love a little 30$/m degeneracy. And you just need 100k of them doing that and you have a 30mil/y ARR brand.
7 - Creative Strategists are here to stay. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Creative Engineers are here to stay. Creative strategists are on the choo choo train. Creative Engineer = Create a factory that produces ads (at volume, with quality). Creative Strategist = Try to hand tailor ads while the factory next door is printing the same product at 100x the scale and nearly the same quality.
8 - META prefers high intent creatives. the fuck does that mean? Meta just wants people to brainrot on their platform. Send them brainrot that sells to customer - you win the auction. Format, Angle, Persona etc etc isn't some genius rocket science thesis that takes a genius to decide. It's just data + multiplication matrix. That's all. You can't tell me I need a real person on payroll sitting and thinking about these things.
9 - research from ground 0. performative and so fucking useless going from 0 to 1. Or hmm maybe 1 to 100 too! You aren't gary halbert. there is somebody that cracked that persona and is spamming angles for it + spending money behind them. Just go and get that market signal, rip it, run for your brand. simple as. if people are buying with the messaging you're ripping, then this is perfectly enough and extremely efficient. wild swing vs just enough to do the job.
10 - I need to find new angles. There are no new angles. Literally 0. Maybe a new angle every 5 years after something like GLP1 happens. If you're lucky of course. The game is just repackaging and consumptionmaxxing. Same angle, packaging that makes them want to consume - they watch, they buy. simple as. think about how many pull up tutorials there are on youtube. they're literally all the same. what makes people keep watching, tho? packaging. different guy. different aesthetic. an interesting sounding "soviet" pull up technique. the patterns to win are out there you're just not watching !!!!
thanks for reading cheers,

$40k+/month creatives aren’t led by founders or influencers anymore
they start with visual metaphors
a product behaving like a character
a simple object demonstrating the problem
a scene explaining the benefit without a single person speaking
you stop because it’s different
not because it’s high production
because your brain wants to see what happens next
this format blends into content feeds naturally
no hard pitch, just visual storytelling doing the work
ai builds the scenes
simple scripts guide the action
volume does the scaling
that’s the entire system behind a lot of these ads
rt + comment "visuals" and i’ll send you the setup

$3,000,000/mo in subscription revenue.
Bootstrapped.
MRR is the fund.
The bigger it gets, the more you can scale.
It comes down to 4 levers:
• New customer ROAS
• Opt-in rate
• Sub AOV
• 90-day LTV
Like + RT + comment “MRR” (must follow) and I’ll DM an 8-min breakdown.
