Day one in Dortmund @conf3rence. The RWA conversation in DACH has moved past whether, and the how is where the economics start to hurt: who pays the cost of the underlying asset, and what the token is actually entitled to.
Two answers were missing in most conversations yesterday. Neither is a tech problem.

Quick recap:
➡️ In-person > online. Real alignment and deal-making still happen on-site. Events remain the industry’s coordination layer.
➡️ RWA is still early-stage. Strong momentum, but most work is foundational (legal rails, data, custody, distribution). The exciting part will be the next years.
➡️ Stablecoins are on ther rise. Beyond narratives, this is where real payment and settlement adoption is compounding.
➡️ New players coming into the market, incl. CEX from the Middle East. Capital + regulatory arbitrage = new competitive dynamics worth tracking.
➡️ Market timing consensus. Many expect a peak between November and February.
