Charlie Running, summer trainee from Luther College, recently joined the 90mph club in his bullpen.
Here’s what we did.

As Charlie moved more efficiently, his velocity jumped, but he also began executing better side to side in the zone and limiting glove side misses. His slider has tightened up and is now up to 81 mph.

Ryan Lambert (NYM) has been utterly dominant since being drafted in the 8th round of the 2024 draft
He currently has a 60.0 K% and -0.02 FIP across 7.0 IP and wields one of the nastiest fastballs in MiLB. It is a true cut-ride fastball with +20" iVB!
