My bread roll in @marksandspencer Oxford Street is inedible. The staff member tried to tell me that they don’t provide hot roll. I said can you get me a manager and they said she’s on break. Now staff are staring at us. Not my fault but being treated like crap.

Yesterday my wonderful dad passed away aged 86. He was the last bosun of the Cutty Sark in Greenwich. He was the best kindest and funny man and everyone who knew him just has had kind words to say. The world will be dommer without him. @RMGreenwich
