The Turkiya drones were throughly negated on Bharatiya border by Indian Electronic Warfare (EW) due to access to its communication link's vital information related to its freq channels and it's data-link level spreading codes, that were provided by high ups (real top level) in Turkiya political setup (you can guess the novo-khalifa ....).
This allowed extremely focused use of spoof & DoS ( Denial of Service) interference yielding an extremely high level of power spectral efficiency (compared to traditional jamming).

I agree. The library at Argonne was almost always empty and I don't even know if LBL/NERSC has a library these days with the cafeteria remodel. HPC folks tend to jump to Google, DuckDuckGo, Github searches, and even ChatGPT. I haven't seen an O'Reilly book in years.
