👉 The dialogue forms part of CBIC’s nationwide outreach, with the goal of making business easier and the GST regime more taxpayer-friendly. More than 200 participants from various trade associations and other stake holders were present in the interactive programme.
👉The Chairman and Member (GST) also interacted with CBIC officers of the Chandigarh Zone, discussing issues at the field level.

Officers of the ACC Import Commissionerate, Delhi Customs, intercepted a consignment originating from Bangkok at the New Delhi Air Cargo Complex and seized 148.67 kg of Hydroponic Weed, valued at approximately ₹52 crore, with an estimated Indian street value of ₹150 crore. The contraband was ingeniously concealed inside plastic spools containing PU tubes.
