Just tucked my boys into bed. I had set my book down while sitting in the chair in their room. When I went to pick it up, I realized it was on a stack of baseball cards and I think it captures well what matters most. The book is a business book about setting measurable goals. It goes into great detail about becoming the best leader, without losing the human element, and attaining more than what was thought possible by setting a few laser focused objectives. The goal setting technique, OKRs, can easily be adapted to personal goals.
