Seller has ghosted me after we agreed to their comments on the PSA. I want to mail something to their office. What should it be? A sold postcard of the property? A check? Need a more creative ideas

Claude has been sending out 3 emails every 30 minutes for the last 12 days. 5% hit rate but I uploaded a local list I had from 2020. All it takes it one!
