Your parents may not have given you everything you wanted.
But they probably gave you everything they had.
Make sure they know how grateful you are.

Thank God we have Holy Rowe to ask, “What does this win mean for your program?”

I miss the old college football!
A few programs quietly paid the best players, stockpiled three 5-star starting lineups and won by 40 every Saturday. Coaches could leave for more money, but a linebacker accepting a free sandwich threatened the fabric of society.
This new college football is way too much work. Anybody can win any given week, new teams like Indiana and BYU are real contenders, players get paid openly and can switch teams if they’re treated unfairly, and now my team might actually lose.
Disgusting what greed has done to this fine sport.
Take a look at McDonalds stock and you’ll understand. It’s reasons like this. I refused to park in Their spot last time. Pulled up 10 ft but told em I couldn’t fit. They weren’t happy.

All middle-aged men should go on annual guys-only trips with friends.
It's essential for a healthy, balanced life.
If you don't go on one, organize it yourself.

“There were no fights. We just drifted apart. But we are still a team and will do everything for our girls!”
This is actually the most harmful kind of #divorce. The kids whose parents split when there’s no fighting, no screaming, no wall punching, just “we want a new chapter,” suffer psychologically.
When divorce follows a high-conflict marriage, at least the children understand why the marriage ended, though those children still suffer.
But these kids will search for a reason why they’ve lost the house they grew up in, the home where they shared the love of their mother and father. They will probably ensure a revolving door of new partners or spouses, half siblings or stepsiblings, that will pepper the remainder of their lives.
It's a form of gaslighting to tell kids, “Your mother and I are still a team! We will do everything for you!”
Because parents cannot be on the same team when they're not in the same home. The girls have lost the thing they need most: the home where they receive their mother’s love, their father’s love, and stability daily.
And their parents have already proved that “we will do everything for you” has a limit. They were willing to end their children’s shared home, but unwilling to do the work required to restore the spark, warmth, and friendship in their marriage.
Those girls will have to find a reason for the loss and instability they’re now experiencing. And the reason won’t be their parents, who assure them that everything’s fine.
In a “no-fault” divorce, the children will usually fault themselves: “It must have been me. I’m the reason. I’m at fault.”
My wife and I decided to get a divorce.
There were no fights, just two adults who realised they drifted apart from each other.
This is probably the hardest thing I had to go through.
First of all, telling our girls...seeing them so sad was heartbreaking. But we are still a team as parents and will do everything for them!
Also we have to sell our house, the house I wanted to live in forever and raise my kids in...
Going back to a smaller appartment will be rough.
I still have a lot of to handle, that's why I wasn't active here on X.
I'm really grateful for all the people who reached out and asked where I was 🙏🏼
This women will always be a part of my life, she gifted me with two perfect daughters.
I wish her all the best, great memories were made in those years!
I'll be back soon. Thank you everyone 🙏🏼
I decided to unload the burden of temporary unhappiness and place it on my young children, permanently-this guy, for some reason

Being a dad is just telling yourself “it’s been an expensive month, we’ll get back on track next month” over and over again until you die

Criticize all you want, but when younger folks are pissed off that Social Security is being taken from them to pay for a generation that's had decades to accumulate 100x their wealth, all for a system that may be insolvent when they get older...
They have a right to be pissed.

Imagine if Tesla made a truck that didn't look retarded, was like $35K, and had full self-driving. Every tradesperson would literally just buy it and their technicians wouldn't get in accidents anymore in full self-driving and Tesla would print money

I will vote for any candidate who opposes Israel
Republican, Democrat, Socialist
Getting Israel out of American politics is the ONLY issue that matters, because it affects everything else.

When I tell her that I’m going to be watching college football all day Saturday and don’t want to go to the farmers market and get lunch with her mom
I don’t gamble but I might start this weekend. I’d bet your house, 401K and your kids college fund on the under. These offenses are inept. 13-10 bookmark it!
