Don’t let anyone con you: $1,000,000 is life-changing money for 90% of the world’s population. The “$1M is nothing” crowd is made up of underachievers living in their parents’ basement who will never have anywhere near a mil.

I don’t know man. In the middle of the day the streets are packed, stores crowded, gyms overrun… Seems like very few people work these days. Even fewer work 9 to 5s.
Not having a 9-5 is great until you remember everyone else still does and you're forced into the normie schedule anyway

Unpopular fact: If you’re only working 40 hours a week in your 20s, you’re leaving enormous amounts of money on the table.

Remember when people spent 10s of thousands of dollars buying pixelated JPGs thinking they were good investments? Which are now worth a fraction of what most people paid? Some people have too much money.

Overheard someone say, "My kids do an excellent job at keeping me broke," yesterday. Blaming your kids for YOUR inability to build wealth is peak low-T behavior.

A fascinating paradox to me is how many people want to build wealth by doing nothing, yet believe you gotta spend hours researching stocks to do it. Index and forget. It's the purest and most dependable form of passive income.

I drove a supercharged Corvette in my 20s and 30s. Race camshaft. 4.10 gears. Straight-through cat-back. It was the fastest and loudest car on the road, fun as hell to drive, and a complete money pit. And I regret absolutely nothing.

Quitting a job without anything lined up, and without the resources to provide for myself or my family, would make my mental health 100x worse.
Has anyone ever quit their job without having a backup job lined up, just to protect their mental health ?

We get way too far into the weeds on this app sometimes. It seems like 99% of the discussion is on what kind of steroid and peptide stack you’re on. It can make me forget the real reason I started coaching people - it was to help people like Jackson here. Jackson has been in my coaching community for years. He has lost over 150 pounds. He has reversed Type 2 diabetes. He has improved his life 1000x over. I have a passion for helping guys like this. This stuff makes my heart smile.

If you refuse to work out, eat like shit, stay up late every weekend, and get fewer than 10,000 steps a day... Start putting money aside for your future healthcare bill.

A company I consult with bought ChatGPT licenses for all of their developers. Nobody’s lost a job. In fact they are hiring. YMMV.

Being out of shape makes life 100x more difficult than just carving out 45 minutes a day, 3 to 4 days a week, to get into shape.
