Minor correction: while the list was sent to us by a source involved in the proceedings, it was also posted on the FDA website earlier today as pointed out by @Josh__Hardman

Truly incredible. What a joke.
The Channel 5/Andrew Callaghan downfall story must be studied.
This makes his uncritical platforming of @HamiltonMorris’ fake news look like small fry!

it's very easy to point fingers “abroad” (and there’s good reason to), but this also happens in the united states; it just usually happens in underground spaces that don’t have the same veneer of legality as they do abroad nytimes.com/2026/08/26/healt…

“Everybody knows that your therapists were doing underground sessions with people outside of the clinical trial, and then you were recruiting these people into the [MAPS/Lykos/Resilient] clinical trials.”

Psymposia got attacked for correctly pointing out that Lykos' MDMA clinical trial researchers changed FDA reporting standards because "they won’t understand," btw.

I don’t think MDMA standalone is in the cards. My point is - documenting effects linked of abuse potential is the bare minimum. They are “adverse” if the risk you’re assessing is substance abuse/misuse. I think changing reporting standards because “they won’t understand” contributed to MAPS round 1

We interviewed Kaleb Graves (@Psychedelictheo) about the possibilities of psychedelic conversion therapy and his recent article about "A Christian's Guide to Psychedelics."

It's also notable that the author has gone on stage at MAPS conferences bashing Psymposia, then proceeds to crib analysis that we produced over a half decade ago without citation. 🤷♂️

Cenk you have this completely backwards. The evidence did then, and currently does, point to zoonotic origin, and it's not close (nor was it ever).

We break down this viral paper in our recent interview with @tylerblack32:
"What they're describing there with sweating, sleeping, hyperthermia...they're reporting a near miss death of serotonin syndrome, I suspect...and they're reporting their near miss as a success."
This is biblical.
A woman in her eighties. Ten years into Alzheimer's. Hadn't spoken a full sentence in five years.
Takes one, 5 gram dose of psilocybin.
She slept 19 hours and woke up and spoke for hours about her life, recognized family and held real conversations. She regained bladder control after five years, walked on her own. and dressed herself. Gains held for weeks.

We profile Christian Angermayer — the billionaire behind Enhanced Games, Compass Pathways, and Atai Life Sciences. A friend of Peter Thiel, he argues psychedelics can help society “adjust” to the tech-driven dystopia he and his circle are building.

‘The big controversy here is if Resilient gets approval without having to do another Phase III.’
Do you think Resilient should have to do another Phase III before its MDMA candidate is FDA approved for PTSD?
