best take i've read so far on all this
For 15 years I've tried to be consistent about the SMB acquisition opportunity set:
1) There's tremendous opportunity in paying a reasonable price for a good SMB and helping them win.
2) Most SMBs are untransferable disasters loosely held together by sheer will and duct tape.
3) "Reasonable," "good," and "helping" are where you make money
4) AI changes zero about #1, #2, or #3
