I'm going to soft-launch a writing/thinking app very soon. Would anyone like to be one of the first users?
I started working on it yesterday and built a prototype to validate the idea.
The results are exciting.
It still needs some performance improvements and a better data grouping system.
Long way to go, but we’re getting there.
Current agent harnesses are dumb. They treat context as a memory problem.
I'm going to build a smarter one.

That is precisely why launching products quickly is so important. I'll be launching mine within a week. We know what we want, but we will learn how to achieve it as we go through the process.
