After more than a year of labor, my book ๐๐ช๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐๐ถ๐ญ๐ต๐ช๐ฑ๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด has launched!
It's all my best ideas -- and best writing -- on how to grow your company with your existing budget and team.
And yes, I read the audiobook myself. :-)
๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐: You can buy cheaper bundles directly from me -- Kindle and Audiobook, or those plus the physical book -- from hiddenmultipliers.com
๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ป: It is available in paperback, Kindle, and Audible: tinyurl.com/hiddenmultiplierโฆ
๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Skills that implement the ideas in the book as well as articles, more added all the time, at skills.asmartbear.com/
I'm so proud of this and grateful to the many people who helped along the way, reading early drafts, challenging my ideas, and encouraging me to do it, and the 750 people who preordered the book, trusting that it would be worth it.
All your feedback and ideas are welcome, as usual!
(P.S. You know this already, but ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ and ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ is extremely appreciated!)

New full episode with Steven Pressfield!
This was a dream come true. I started reading Steven's books 3+ years ago (before the pod began). And each year, a different book of his impacted my worldview.
โข 2020: The War Of Art
โข 2021: Nobody Wants To Read Your Sh*t
โข 2022: Turning Pro
โข 2023: Put Your Ass Where Your Heart Wants To Be
If you're creative (or what to come up with better ideas) โ in other words, every human currently reading this โ this is episode has so many gems.
I hope you enjoy - and can't wait to hear what you think.

.@amaub and I have been using this professional Code Interpreter tool we made for months at our startups.
GPT-4 + Jupyter = anyone can become a data scientist, and data scientists can become 10x faster / happier not having to chug through simple logic.
free to use!
I've done analyses in Jupyter notebook for years. Now Code Interpreter can write all the code, but I haven't used it daily because you can't tweak code, re-run analyses, install packages, etc.
I built Juno w/ @alexirobbins to bring GPT into Jupyter for the best of the worlds
