Added a fun little feature to @approximatedapp today based on some feedback from a customer.
There are now 2 API endpoints to check DNS records, matching against a value you provide. Handy for validating domain ownership, checking if users have pointed their domain properly, etc

This is an interesting SaaS product.
We recently replaced our home-grown custom domain solution for custom domains with Cloudflare's offering. There was confusion, and subpar docs.
A single-purpose alternative product could do well.
Approximated.app is now backed by the most bootstrapper friendly folks out there, @tinyseedfund, as part of the Spring 2023 cohort!

I spend 2 weeks trying to setup vanity domains for my Heroku app trying both Cloudflare SSL for SaaS and Caddy and reached a dead end (mainly because of non enterprise Heroku plan...I think). Tried @approximatedapp and it worked in 20 minutes #buildinpublic
