Qué peligro has evitado reventando un local?

When someone asks what "woke" is, show them this ad.
1) All the women are smart leaders.
2) The men are either dumb brutes, or emasculated eunuchs.
3) Who the heck needs a recipe for French toast?
4) That dad's beard is 3 months old. When was the last time he spoke with his parents?
5) The daughter is getting involved in an interracial relationship.
6) The daughter's boyfriend is also a brute, checking his own body odor at the door.
7) The wife is in control of the thermostat... THE WIFE?!?!?
8) They just leave the kitchen as a disaster. I guess dad will clean that up while his wife presents the Board budget.
9) What does this product do, and what product does it replace? It's basically a desktop cell phone.
10) NOBODY WALKED THE DOG!!!

I drive an old car with a head unit from another era. I also had an iPad lying around.
So I built my own Tesla-style screen for it. Maps, a live 3D model of the car, speed, music, engine data. Just an iPad on the dash.

End of an era.
After 3 good years on Framer, we moved @designme to our own stack.
Framer got us far, and I'd still recommend it for a lot of teams.
But the more we grew, the more we needed control: over the code, structure and speed of testing and shipping new things.
So, we rebuilt everything from scratch in Astro.
In May, our last redesign took me 4 weeks and roughly 300 hours to create 41 pages.
This one: 228 pages in 4 days. The speed is just unmatched.
116 old URLs mapped, 43 redirects, 0 broken links.
20 case studies, 19 articles, 4 free tools, light and dark mode, and a design system that finally makes sense.
The best part: the whole site runs in Claude now.
New page, copy change, quick fix? We ask, review, and ship. No waiting on someone to open an editor. And if I need something visual, I jump into Figma, mock it up, and ship with an MCP.
It's the same setup we now build for our clients (which is exactly why we had to run our own site on it first).
Really proud of the team and how fast we're moving now.

Also, a sneak peek: talk to your agents directly within Sketch (coming later this year).
I’m an immigrant in Spain, 20 years now, no citizenship asked yet.
Totally agreed with Arnold. So, if you came to Spain, choose to love and respect Spain, to defend it and to feel grateful to the country that gave you the chance of a better living.

I lost my Dad on 9/11. I don’t get a lot of reach on here. But I just wanted to share a picture. He was 39. I thought he was old. I’m now in my mid 30s and I still feel like a kid.
He was a great trader. He loved markets. He loved to find a stock no one was talking about.
The first trade I ever placed was on his work computer, where he let me click the button to buy AMAT. I loved going to the office with him. It was electric.
He was the best dad. We spent hours out in the street after dinner where he’d throw “pop flys” for me to catch. Eye on the ball.
He loved watching Sponge Bob and eating cereal, wrestling with us in the living room. He just loved being around his kids so much, and we knew it. I’m so grateful I got a dad like that.
Love you, Pops.
