They're 4 trims and the most extreme iteration was showcased. I believe the based model may look more like the earlier renderings of the roadster given it is devoided of rocket components.

That rocket version will be in my garage.
My worst job when I was younger was being a maintenance worker for the City specifically for the sewers. I was a temp agency worker so I got the worst end of the stick. Out of being a bouncer, security guard for shelters, cleaner for a sport stadium; the sewer gig was the worst.
When Elon Musk was a young guy living in Vancouver with almost no money, he walked into the employment office and asked for the best-paying job they had. It turned out to be $18 an hour to put on a hazmat suit, crawl through a narrow tunnel into a lumber mill boiler, and shovel out the hot, steaming sludge left inside.
He later called it "a Dickensian steampunk nightmare," and honestly, that sounds about right. Around 30 people started that week, and by the end of it only 3 were still showing up.
Elon was one of those 3.
When people look at him today, they see the billionaire, but I see someone who was never too proud for the hardest, dirtiest work, and I think that says more about him than any number ever could.
There is an expanding list of utilities behind the propulsion system demonstrated in the Roadster. The safety applications also go under the radar via increased traction and collision prevention. More importantly, the roadster is a glimpse of the future Tesla envisions.

Massively increased acceleration, braking, and cornering are pretty useful in a performance car.

The best feature of the McMurty is a subset feature of the roadster, and you can buy a minimum of 2-3 roadsters for the same price as this McMurty.
Don't be surprised if you see a rocket propulsion system in the Cybercabs in the 2030s due to its enabling better collision prevention and greater downforce for superior traction.
Replying to @dhh
The suction system for downforce can be used as a safety measure to prevent cars from going into ditches and is very useful for winter driving. The propulsion system can help with off-road exploration, and when paired with FSD, it can also help prevent collisions.

You can offer me a Mission S, 918, Carrera GT, 996 Singer Turbo S, or GT3 992.2 6MT Manthey, and I would sell all of them to get that roadster shown in the demo.

This is the most insane vehicle with wheels ever made.
Tesla needs to build a Tesla motorsport track adapted for the Roadster, even a racing league. Chevy has the ZR1X, Ford has the Mustang GTD, and Tesla has a flying rocket car. A gated-manual hybrid EV sub-1s 0-60 Roadster with rocket propulsion .....

If you often get in the zone when listening to certain music, opening a terminal or some other habit than that habit is a trigger for you to enter a more focused mode. This is called a conditional stimulus or attentional cue.
The field of nanotechnology is so multidisciplinary that even microrobotics falls under its umbrella despite not being necessarily nanoscale.
