Our new paper is out in Genes & Development! We found that a small domain in PRC2 — the SBD — isn't just structural scaffolding. It's a mechanical switch that powers the whole complex. Remove it, and cancers driven by EZH2 mutations stop growing. 🧵

This work started during my PhD in Dave Allis's lab at Rockefeller. Dave was a visionary who redefined chromatin biology and a mentor who transformed the lives of everyone around him. He passed away in 2023. This paper is part of his enduring legacy.
Deeply grateful to all the collaborators and colleagues who made this work possible. @ASoshnev85672 @epicypher @RockefellerUniv

Happy National Independence Day, Poland 🇵🇱!
We are proud to have you as an exemplary @NATO Ally, standing strong for our shared security and freedom.
Grateful for the support and recognition from the Hopper-Belmont Foundation. Honored to be part of efforts advancing pancreatic cancer research. 💜
This Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, HBF is thrilled to celebrate two of our 2025 Inspiration Award recipients focused on this cancer:
@Lu_Han_PhD, PhD, @MedUnivSC
@ael2b, PhD, @kochinstitute
Join us in honoring their dedication & impact!
