It’s not a bad song.
Also anytime i see Langston (or even a paper bag) I think of Nat Faxon (and vice versa) who has the exact same voice

We need clean air, not corporate lobbyists' wishlists!
That's the message 25 environmental and civic groups delivered yesterday to @SpeakerMenin and the @NYCCouncil--reject Intro. 561-A and stop harming our air.
Thanks to @NYLPI @NRDC for their powerful testimony as well!
Huge show of solidarity by clean air advocates at the council hearings of a law that would gut the idling program. It lasted until 4:45 pm ! Really uplifting. @NY_Clean_Air
Now 25 groups oppose Intro. 561-A's threat to our air quality. @SpeakerMenin needs to listen and PULL THE BILL.
Thanks to @RidersAlliance @350brooklyn @TransAlt @foodandwater @ReinventAlbany @NYPIRG @Chekpeds @StreetsPAC @airnyc @Queens_Climate nycair.org/memo
Bravo to @ReinventAlbany for a crisp testimony against intro 561-A.

Cautiously looking forward to this - please tell me it’s better than that last Norm thing with the embarrassing roundtable discussion with Conan, Letterman, Chappelle, Sarah Silverman etc It made me fucking cringe.

This bill is absurd. If anything we should be increasing enforcement but weakening the current idling regulations.

Twenty-five environmental & civic groups are standing together to oppose the deadly bill Intro. 561-A that @SpeakerMenin is insisting get a hearing this Tuesday.
This is the same move @Josh4Jersey is trying in Congress: poison New York's kids for corporate $$$. @AOC @NYCMayor
Are you gonna provide the names of whistleblowers to the NY Post like the Adams admin did?
When whistleblowers come forward with concerns about the safety of AI, they should be listened to, not sidelined.
The @NYCCouncil is pursuing legislation that would provide incentives for insiders with critical information to speak out.

This is rich, coming from you. You are ignoring the ENTIRE COMMUNITY that is telling you not to sideline the environmental whistleblowers.
Twenty-four environmental & civic groups agree: Intro. 561-A is a deadly threat to New York's air quality. nycair.org/memo
But @SpeakerMenin is pushing this industry-backed bill (with zero cosponsors) towards hearing on Tuesday.

Thanks, Lincoln. Too many neighbors see an occasional alternate side parking tickets as a small price to pay to avoid moving and it’s cheaper than using a parking garage. We all pay the price with dirty streets.
