That is not "the normie idea of a break up". That's a near universal painful human experience that is the price for being a person who loves. You are just 21.

BREAKING: America’s $1.7 trillion auto loan market is headed for a crash, per Reuters.
Auto loans are now one of the biggest sources of household debt, bigger than credit cards.
And the strain is showing: 1 in 5 Americans is behind on at least one loan, the highest since 2010, and the average car on the road is now nearly 13 years old, a record.

Encouraging seniors to "age in place" has been among the most disastrous economic policies of the last 50yrs. It's a big factor in the housing crisis.
Cities should urgently build more 55+ communities. Boomers should get tax breaks for DOWNSIZING, not for staying in their homes!

“I’m old. I’ve paid my home off,” said Ray Warner, a 72-year-old Akron resident. “Why would I pay property tax?”

“The city’s previous five sheriffs have seen corruption or sexual harassment scandals unfold during their tenures.” It is way past time to abolish both the elected position and the office itself. The Sheriff’s duties & resources should be incorporated into other City departments.
During the Mayor's race, I did a similar exercise with the candidates. At least then, we had one candidate in Allan Domb who was able to clearly call for abolition. Despite the repeated misconduct and incompetence, we've somehow moved backwards on this.

for the first time, more American households have kittens than puppies. there's a reason for this: homeownership is declining, and homeowners are twice as likely as renters to have dogs.
did cats engineer the housing crisis? i'll be honest: it is now more likely than not.
