While we went silent for the most of 2024, we were busy working on "boring", mostly technical stuff. However we have some end-of-the-year news for you, including pretty exciting announcements for 2025 📷

A lot had happened since our last tweet!
names_are_hard just shared pre-alpha build of Magic Lantern for EOS 200D. It lacks most of the features, but it is an important milestone to support new camera generations.

Now where a minimal version of Magic Lantern runs on EOS RP, it's time for some experiments. Models like R, R6 or R5 allow closing the shutter when the camera is turned off. Unfortunately this is not available on RP but thanks to Magic Lantern it will be possible in future. :)
