Once again, #SQ321’s descent from 37,000 to 31,000 feet occurred when the pilots began their initial descent to Bangkok, it was not caused by turbulence. Turbulence occurred approximately 15 minutes prior.

NEW: Following CNN reporting, the NTSB is officially launching a push to reform mental health rules for pilots. @JenniferHomendy just announced a December 6 roundtable, adding the FAA "hasn’t kept up with the science, let alone modern attitudes."
