So apparently it is #InternationalVolunteerDay which means I should share (again!) how flexible and rewarding I’ve found the experience of being a regular volunteer at @TGFparkrun. It really is a regular highlight in my life. Check out @parkrunUK for opportunities near you.

Missed out this one earlier, the grand opening of tonight’s meet-up, @ldgovuk’s Emily Sullivan on #FutureCouncil research outputs. It’s a really sharp summary ‘state of the #localgov’ & evidences a clear case for some no brainer collaborative actions. A must read #FixThePlumbing

Flippin’ bots *shakes fist*. To be fair a box with 200 mini figs, a couple of trees and some buggies wouldn’t be the most challenging build (but I’d still love it to exist)
We've been exploring some governance related threads with some of the Future Councils cohort, would love to hear more about what you're trying and learning
It is an odd thing to do. I think your first might be more useful that anything I've posted to date!!
We're waving at you from @TGFparkrun Ben! Come for a visit soon 😘. 100 volunteer milestone for me today but I'm a long way behind on the running numbers 😂
I love the feeling I get when I can manage to stitch & hack together bits of code that I only barely understand and make something that works! Maybe I’m smarter than I think?
Hard to beat those ghost stories 👻😂. Thanks to you and all your colleagues for being amazing patient hosts and sharing all of your knowledge and insight so openly.

We still have some great volunteering opportunities we'd like to get filled this Saturday. Please get in touch if you want to start your weekend doing something fun and rewarding with us at the beautiful Great Field!

I’ve been falling behind on posting to my blog and podcast these last few weeks but here is the latest episode from memofrom.me for those still following along… podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas…
