I serve as head of copy for a portfolio of 8-figure info brands. Here's how we set up "voice skills" for each of our clients so it actually sounds like them when we write: Step 1: Pull 15-30 pieces of their best writing. Not "a handful." 15-30 minimum. Posts, emails, scripts, DMs, transcribed voice memos, anything they've written where the voice is unmistakably theirs. The skill can only model what you give it. Feed it 3 posts and you get a 3-post caricature. Step 2: Have Claude dissect their voice. The prompt we use: "Here are 20 pieces of this person's writing. Don't summarize. Tell me: - The sentence structures they repeat - Their 10 most-used words and phrases - What they never do (patterns they avoid) - How they open and close - How they handle lists, examples, and tangents - The rhythm and length of their sentences Be specific. Quote exact lines." That output isn't the skill yet. It's the raw material you build the skill from. Step 3: Write a kill list. A kill list is every phrase, word, and structure that would never show up in their writing. AI tells. Throat-clearers. Words they hate. Fake-deep closers. Generic transitions. The prompt: "Based on the writing samples, draft a kill list of 30+ specific phrases, words, and structures that would never appear in anything this person wrote. Include common AI patterns they avoid ('it's not just X, it's Y,' 'here's the thing,' dramatic one-liners, etc). Quote the AI version AND the version they'd write instead." Step 2 teaches Claude what the voice is. Step 3 teaches it what the voice isn't. Skip either and you're back where you started. Step 4: Build the skill with annotated examples. We never describe voice in adjectives. "Casual, witty, direct" is 3 words that could describe 500 writers. Show the model. Format: GOOD: [actual line from their writing] Why: [the specific reason it sounds like them] BAD: [the generic AI version of the same idea] Why it fails: [the specific reason it doesn't] Do 10-15 of these minimum. The more you do, the sharper the skill gets. Step 5: Paste the 1-of-1 test into the skill itself. This exact rule: "Every output has to pass this test: could someone else copy-paste this and post it under their name without it feeling weird? If yes, rewrite until the answer is no." One rule. Kills 80% of generic output. Step 6: Test the skill against writing they've already done. Pick a post or email they wrote last week. Ask Claude to write the same piece using the skill. Compare line by line. Every spot where the voice slips, that slip becomes a new rule in the skill. Do this 5-10 times before you ship. Step 7: Update the skill monthly. Every time an editor catches themselves heavily rewriting Claude's draft, that edit is a new rule. The skill should get better every month it exists. Hope this helps! DM me if I can help set up an AI writing system for you or your team.

Overwhelmed in your 20s? Good. That’s the point. You’re supposed to be in over your head. You’re supposed to be stretching beyond what you’re ready for. Your 20s are for frontloading pain so your 30s aren’t spent cleaning up regret of “what if”. When I was 20, I was working 2 jobs, in school full time, broke, and building a body I didn’t recognize yet. Nobody was handing me clarity. I had to earn it through action, not overthinking or avoiding. Most people want ease. I wanted growth. And growth feels like chaos while it’s happening. Here’s the truth: The pain you embrace now turns into the freedom you enjoy later. The pressure you feel now turns into power you can use later. So stop optimizing for comfort. Optimize for capacity. Say yes to the things that make you sweat. That make you scared. That make you grow. Because you don’t become valuable by avoiding hard things - you become valuable by beating them.

Can’t convince me god doesn’t exist Literally prayed and asked for some clarity on something One hour later I get a call from @_basedxavier_ Got my question answered. There are somethings you literally can’t look at and say that’s a coincidence When you have 100% faith that he can take care of things but have no expectations as to when or how, that’s when things align at the exact moment it’s meant to but we always say it’s weird timing

I started my coaching offer about 6 months ago. Two members have reached $100k/mo, many hit $20-40k/mo, and several beginners have gotten their first couple clients. Here are some observations: Quick context - most members are building info-product agencies. They are working with online coaches and managing pieces of the marketing/systems. Those who see the fastest success typically have some previous business experience. Some were in sales, some ran a different type of agency, and some had hit an income ceiling as copywriters. It’s easy to take them from level 1 to level 3 or 4 relatively quickly. They already had a foundation, I just showed them a better vehicle to utilize it. They should be able to get a few clients and scale to $10-30k/mo in 1-3 months. Next — beginners will struggle at first. There is simply a lot to learn. From the basics of copywriting, to email marketing, funnels, VSL’s, etc. They need to develop a solid understanding of these things through my course content and coaching calls before they can sound competent in their outreach. However once they do so, they’ll typically be able to get clients quickly because they’re hungrier than the more experienced student. There is a 3-6 month learning curve for complete newbies. If they get through that, they start making money. As far as offering services to online coaches goes: I’ve been surprised at how easily many of the members have gotten clients. The competition in the space is largely made up of incompetent children and non-native english speakers. Client acquisition is easy when you focus on quality outreach instead of sheer volume. Many members have had success sending personalized looms going through a prospects funnel and explaining what could be improved. Plus the biggest advantage of this model is the ability to charge rev shares. One of my 6 figure per month students only has one client. You can hit a home run if you find the right opportunity to scale with right person. Lots of opportunity in this space, best for those with some experience. But if a beginner has the right mindset and is coachable, they can succeed too.

As someone who fully evolved out of introversion into extroversion, I've realized that introversion is 100% a lack of social competency and laziness. We are social creatures. Refusing to engage socially isn't virtuous, it's self-sabotage disguised as self-awareness.

My B2C bros the day has finally come where I sell my own thing. After giving game for free one on one to setters, running live trainings for teams doing 7 figure months, and generally being someone who prints cash from sending messages I am here to plug and play that knowledge for some people. If you’re running a B2C offer and want the system built/rebuilt for you, training provided for whoever you hire, and no gay retainer or 50% rev share for something I do once dm me and let me build that dm funnel 🤝 (THIS WILL COST YOU MONEY)
