👋 Hi, I’m Xavier
Been a while so I wanted to reintroduce myself…
I stopped posting on X 524 days ago to go work with Hormozi
Since then I closed over 8.6 mil, led the in person sales team and helped build a new onboarding department from scratch
How I got here?
At 19 I decided to move across the country to FL by myself instead of going to college. I had 4k in savings, no job, and no help from my parents
After getting into credit card debt to stay afloat, I finally landed my first remote sales job after cold dming every online creator that I knew
At 20 I moved back to TX and got into debt because I stayed on an offer for too long that was going under
I spent my last 2k to get into another sales program with hopes to build a relationship with the owner and get placed on a solid offer
I trained my ass off for 3 months until I was given the opportunity to be Ben Baders first closer on Aritsan lab
Ben changed my life. He believed in me, and over the next 6 months we hit our first 6 fig month and built one of the best info products out there
Because of him I was able to clear all my debt, make a ton of connections in the space, and start my own sales agency.
In April 2025, I saw a post to go work at ACQ, so I applied.
A week later they flew me out to Vegas and two weeks after that I packed my truck to go work at Acquisition .com
The next few months were violent. 5:30 am sales calls. 80+ hour work weeks. Completely ignorant to anything that didn’t wear the ACQ logo
6 months in I started to get worn out. Energy dipped, I was bottom of the leaderboard, and fomo built from my friends in info… I almost got fired
Instead of giving up, I doubled down. The result?
3 promos in 6 mos.
Present day, I have built many sales processes, got to be a part of the $106 mil world record book launch, taken thousands of sales calls, consulted hundreds of businesses, and led multiple teams
Outside of work you’ll find me:
- playing sports and working out with my friends
- Attempting to try every restaurant on the Vegas Strip
- Building my next start up
- Learning a new skill/hobby that interests me
Now I’m back to share everything I’ve learned about sales, marketing, business, and creating a life you love waking up to in the morning
If any of that interests you, welcome to my corner of the internet 🤝
Two years ago my mom came to visit me and I was proud bc I could afford to take her to a nice dinner
This weekend I flew her to Vegas for her bday, went to a show, took her shopping, had many nice meals, and she didn’t pay a single cent
Being able to take care of ppl that used to take care of me has brought me more happiness than seeing my bank acct increase, skills get better, or getting my dream apartment.
And as thankful as I am to be able to do this, I still have a burning hatred for the fact that I can’t get her her dream watch or car yet.
There is much to be done
Mom came into town last night
Shes naturally frugal so I had to take her to one of the best places in ATX
After dropping $200 I felt fulfilled bc I could feel how proud of me she was
Then I remember guys are getting their moms cars, bags, etc
Grateful but need to make more
Having 100k+ followers in 2026 is the new Ivy League degree
What else gets you clout as you walk into a room, has ppl treat you differently, and gives you opportunity simply for having it
New age my friends. Get ahead of it while you can

Here's how we set up "voice skills" for each of our clients so it actually sounds like them when we write:
Step 1: Pull 15-30 pieces of their best writing.
Not "a handful." 15-30 minimum. Posts, emails, scripts, DMs, transcribed voice memos, anything they've written where the voice is unmistakably theirs.
The skill can only model what you give it. Feed it 3 posts and you get a 3-post caricature.
Step 2: Have Claude dissect their voice.
The prompt we use:
"Here are 20 pieces of this person's writing. Don't summarize. Tell me:
- The sentence structures they repeat
- Their 10 most-used words and phrases
- What they never do (patterns they avoid)
- How they open and close
- How they handle lists, examples, and tangents
- The rhythm and length of their sentences
Be specific. Quote exact lines."
That output isn't the skill yet. It's the raw material you build the skill from.
Step 3: Write a kill list.
A kill list is every phrase, word, and structure that would never show up in their writing. AI tells. Throat-clearers. Words they hate. Fake-deep closers. Generic transitions.
The prompt:
"Based on the writing samples, draft a kill list of 30+ specific phrases, words, and structures that would never appear in anything this person wrote. Include common AI patterns they avoid ('it's not just X, it's Y,' 'here's the thing,' dramatic one-liners, etc). Quote the AI version AND the version they'd write instead."
Step 2 teaches Claude what the voice is. Step 3 teaches it what the voice isn't. Skip either and you're back where you started.
Step 4: Build the skill with annotated examples.
We never describe voice in adjectives. "Casual, witty, direct" is 3 words that could describe 500 writers.
Show the model. Format:
GOOD: [actual line from their writing]
Why: [the specific reason it sounds like them]
BAD: [the generic AI version of the same idea]
Why it fails: [the specific reason it doesn't]
Do 10-15 of these minimum. The more you do, the sharper the skill gets.
Step 5: Paste the 1-of-1 test into the skill itself.
This exact rule:
"Every output has to pass this test: could someone else copy-paste this and post it under their name without it feeling weird? If yes, rewrite until the answer is no."
One rule. Kills 80% of generic output.
Step 6: Test the skill against writing they've already done.
Pick a post or email they wrote last week. Ask Claude to write the same piece using the skill. Compare line by line.
Every spot where the voice slips, that slip becomes a new rule in the skill.
Do this 5-10 times before you ship.
Step 7: Update the skill monthly.
Every time an editor catches themselves heavily rewriting Claude's draft, that edit is a new rule.
The skill should get better every month it exists.
Hope this helps!
DM me if I can help set up an AI writing system for you or your team.
I just bought clothes from Haus and got this… Genius.
Take notes yall. Anytime someone buys something from you, add a personalized touch.
Whether an onboarding call, email sequence, text noti, doesnt matter. Even if its ai, still feels good. Respect @LukasPakter

It's finally here: my new book 'Work With The Best' is AVAILABLE NOW (!!)
I'm 20 years old. Single. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I run a $1M/year creator business.
I spent the last 5 years apprenticing under the top online entrepreneurs (Tyler Denk, Noah Kagan, Alex Hormozi, Shelby Sapp).
And that's allowed me to build the life and business of my dreams at an early age.
A hill I'm willing to die on: one of the fastest ways to get the life you want is to help those who are currently living it.
I've learned soooo much working behind the scenes that I'm now applying to my own business.
If you've wondered how to write a cold email, get on powerful people's radar, build an insane network... you'll love this book.
It's my 'cookbook for creating opportunities'.
Enjoy!

How am I feeling? Thanks for asking.
Nervous. And surprisingly, calm. (Is that even possible?)
Nervous because I’ve poured my absolute heart and soul into this book and launch.
It’s the culmination of the last half decade of my life. All the lessons I learned working behind the scenes with entrepreneurs I admire, finding ways to stand out and create opportunities.
Calm because I’ve given this everything I have. No matter what happens with the rest of this launch, I can confidently look myself in the mirror and say, “I did my best.”
It’s a weird feeling. This book will likely be my last book for a while. It’s ending my chapter of “apprenticing under entrepreneurs.” I wanted to clarify and codify all the principles, tricks, and tactics to go from “on the outside” to on the inside.
The next season of my life will be very different. I’m building my own empire.
I don’t know exactly what will happen next. But I’m damn glad for all the love and support y’all have shown me.
Let’s keep going. ✊🏼

Selling to too many avatars is a key limiter I’ve seen hold 1m/yr businesses back from scaling to 10 mil +
More avatars = more operational complexity, harder sales process, and less profitable marketing
Here are the 4 questions we ask every business owner to decide the right one:
1. Who pays me the most?
- look at the last 6-12 mos. What % of revenue came from each avatar?
2. Who is the most profitable?
- rev/client, minus fulfillment costs, divided by your time involved.
The highest profit per hour of your time wins
3. Who is the easiest to fulfill?
- least drama/ handholding. Fewest one off custom requests.
4. Who gets the best results?
- fastest wins, strongest testimonials, highest renewal %
Rate each of these four on a scale of 1-5 per avatar and add up the totals.
Highest = your best avatar
Many times you will already have known the answer, but this puts it in black and white
DO MORE OF WHATS WORKING
Getting clients through organic? Do more volume before moving to paid
Cranking w paid? Increase spend and make more creative before trying a new funnel
Doing more is the highest risk adjusted return out there
Don’t get fancy. Just do more.
I remember the day my old sales manager gained my respect 4 life
We were below kpi for the week and to counter, everyone had mandatory blocks to fill all open calendar space with self set appointments
No one took it that seriously
That was until he decided to hop on the dialer himself and book 3 appointments in 30 minutes. One ended up closing.
Mind you, he had much higher leverage things to do with his time
But this sent a message. No one was above the standard.
For the rest of the week, the number of self sets sky rocketed and everyone’s numbers increased
Lead from the front and ppl will follow.
Don’t, and they won’t.
I love watching business owners get bricked up about using ai to do something that makes them $0 🤣
If only they put the same amt of effort into solving the actual constraint in their business
Living in Vegas has forced me to accept some ppl are just bound to lose
Every day I walk the Vegas strip in attempt to make my whoop proud for hitting 10k steps
Every day I see the same old Asian man scamming ppl by giving them “free” bracelets, only to then harass them until they give him a big tip
The majority of ppl walk by as if he doesn’t exist
BUT there never fails to be some overweight boomer that falls for his ploy
The first few times I watched this happen I had an urge to caution them. Don’t do it Mrs. Linda!
Now I just watch and laugh. Why?
Bc they know they are getting scammed and they do it anyways.
I could tell them not to do it. Tell them this bastard was going to take advantage of them.
Doesn’t matter.
They genuinely do not have the spine to tell someone N O
NGMI Linda
You can tell how good a sales org is based off the metrics they track
Can’t tell you how many teams I’ve talked to who don’t know their rev/booked call or LTV: CAC
Getting lapped by those who do.
Better data = better decisions
Daniel Iles is not getting enough credit rn.
Bro is on a generational run. Feels like when I first found Jeremy 4 years ago
This is the quickest way to properly analyze the constraint with your sales process:
(From someone who’s done 8 figures in sales, led a multi 8 figure team, and consulted hundreds of businesses)
Follow these steps exactly…
1. Open your sales dashboard/master google sheet
2. Look at calendar capacity of qualified calls. IF calendars are at least 70% full with qualified calls, continue to step 3… you have a sales issue. If they are not, you have a marketing problem.
3. Highlight these four metrics over the past 100 calls
- Show rate
- Offer rate
- Close rate
- Cash collected %
4. Compare to the following benchmarks of where each metric should be. I shoot for the following for the majority of businesses:
- 70%+ show rate
- 85%+ Offer rate
- 30%+ Close rate
- 75%+ Cash collected %
5. Whichever is farthest below those baselines is your immediate bottleneck.
Example math:
Your close rate is 20% and your show rate is 50%. If we increased close rate by 10% that would bring us a 50% increase in throughput without any extra leads. If we increased our show rate by 20% that would bring us a 40% increase without touching ad spend.
In this case we would overtime do both, but start with a focus on close % as that would give us the biggest initial lift.
6. Fix the constraint. Host a team meeting to align on constraint and build plan of attack for the week with clear targets
If show rate: fix nurture. Speed to lead, availability, pre call nurture, add personalization
If offer rate: if lead is qualified, rep is likely lacking conviction or has high ego. Have 1-1 to have them diagnose and solve
If close rate: either weak offer or skill issue w rep
If cash % : tighten up terms so rep stop discounting or defaulting to payment plan, add incentive to pull cash forward, train rep.
7. Watch the metric closest over the week and positively reinforce when team is progressing
8. Rinse and repeat
Bonus: as you do this properly, check revenue per booked call to see the macro effects of these changes. This is how you prove effectiveness to owner/marketing.
If that isn’t going up per month, then your fixes aren’t actually fixing anything.
Hope that helps your team make more $ ✊
My best piece of advice if youre ambitious and early in your career:
Fake it til you make it
The first few years of my career I spent money on trips I couldn’t afford and went to dinners I didn’t “belong” at JUST to be in proximity with the ppl I wanted to be like.
They never knew I was struggling, or that the $150 garlic butter filet mignon nuked half of my weekly paycheck.
They didn’t need to know.
All that mattered was the face time, and building a relationship outside of business.
The result?
Everyone I respected looked at me as a peer/friend rather than another person who needed something from them.
Instead of asking for a job, I asked if they wanted to go play their fav sport.
Instead of talking abt business, convos abt their family and friends started to come up.
And guess what, I’m still friends w them til this day.
No one owes you shit. Invest in the relationships. Play the long game.
Hurts in the moment but pays off 100x
