As a whole, the “bunch a people who want better journalism” are struggling to engage constructively and distinguish their critiques and aspirations from the chorus of those in power who benefit from undermining a free press.
Maggie Haberman tells NPR that there is an "industry" dedicated to "attacking the media" from the left for its Trump coverage, which is "undermining faith" in journalism.
