I am so tired of reporting public pavement holes and cracking and disrepair to @CityofCT ----for over a year no movement or fix. Must we fix it ourselves...?! Must people fall first...?! Fix it!

We give up! No one answers or helps, even wrote to ward c.llor! We re-sent the 2025 + 2026 complaints -yet, pavement still looks terrible: uneven, still has holes, roots, rats, and illegally parked cars - at a busy, main, intersection at Beach/G. Gariff. How difficult is this?!

No. The Medicines Act allowed for three critical amendments: compulsory generic substitution for off-patent medicines; a ban on doctor and drug company collusion and import substitution. The government was defending the MRSCA and the TAC applied as the friend of the court. Where the TAC was effective at was the global activism they conducted. The government had already passed legislation that gave them the ability to acquire generics.

Today the Con Court ruled on the sale of Tafelberg School in Sea Point by Helen Zille and @ourDA , and declared their actions unconstitutional. The court went further with a supervisory order. The judgement is a progressive realisation of our constitutional values.

On June 5th, President Trump said "I'd be honored to meet him." He was talking about Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamanei. 14-15 May, Trump visited China and said Xi Jinping is "very smart," has "great stature" is "all business." But that was not the first time. In 2017, whilst in China during his first term, Trump said Xi is "a very special man" and "highly respected and powerful representative of his people." Did you also have a fit of pique then? Or you are just a bully? Bullying a nation that consistently overlooks your rudeness and affords you so much grace and courtesy?
