A fantastic talk, and @NoobieMatt nails a couple of the key messages: - Mis-labelling an area as 'hot' when it isn't has fatal consequences. - Reframing the drive for 'enhanced care in the hot zone' as 'enabling enhanced care by correctly identifying the warm and cold zones'.
