Spoiler alert: Analysis from International Journal of Drug Policy concludes a Safe Injection Facility (SIF) in Seattle "would save lives and result in considerable health benefits and cost savings." No wonder the KC Heroin & Opioid Addiction Task Force recommended this approach.
