It's been ages since I introduced new people to parkrun, so my heart is happy to see these 3 lovely humans begin their parkrun journey. They absolutely smashed it with a tough, hilly, technical, trail run on Otley Chevin. It was VERY muddy but they finished smiling! #loveparkrun

When it's Friday & your weekly mileage looks like this. I've spent more than a fifth of the week running! 😳 Between the school run, taking Poppy to diving lessons, attending school meetings etc. I'm not surprised I'm shattered. Still looking forward to parkrun though!

Arbitrary 2️⃣9️⃣0️⃣th @parkrun at @osfparkrun this morning. Bright sunshine, got to wear my @bathhalf finishers T-shirt and also managed to get to the skip afterwards. And I also shouted a “Dolly or Bev” 😃 Fully operational 💪🏻 now for hot cross buns and ☕️

ALT “I’m proud that we have selected Trustees from a range of backgrounds and skill sets, and, importantly, who are proven leaders with differing views of how the world works. This will ensure we challenge our thinking and assumptions, so we can deliver more for those who need it most in these challenging times.” Gavin Megaw - Chair of Trustees

I find it fascinating that, as I type, the very last parkrunners of 2022 are crossing finish lines on the west coast of the USA and Canada.
In less than an hour, the the first parkrunners of 2023 will start in New Zealand.
