It makes sense why Midnight is a complete disaster. If the only person who could bring some light was focused on the perfect expansion for Warcraft 3 and has also been focused on a 5E campaign, Midnight is as lost as a headless Murloc. Metzen, a single person cannot be the cornerstone of an entire company, but you’ve gotta find passionate people to take the steering wheels, my man.

“Not every xpack will be made for you.” That’s where you lost me. The expansion was sold to me, yet it literally baited all Blood Elf fanatics (like me) into the worst lore and experience ever in 25 years of gameplay. It’s utterly embarrassing to be a BE fan right now with how the writing team handled everything, tainting the work of hundreds of other developers. I can understand how the USA politics affect the narrative in the games, and while the disappearance of the Horde deeply hurts me, I was like ''it's ok, I still bleed red and always will''. Right now? I spit to the floor and repeat ''death to all who opposed us''. At the end, when Midnight ends, at least I will have Silvermoon city for me alone, enjoying my own head canon of what could have been.

I also read a comment saying Liadrin could be the first undead paladin for retail, that's why she died from no wound and Vellen is there to assist, since they could take her to the temple where the Na'ru is (i dont remember the name of the place right now)
