"If we want to talk about different election systems, #ApprovalVoting is brilliant:
"Whoever gets the most votes wins. You can get all of the benefits that are promised through Ranked Choice Voting, but you don't have to change your systems, and you don't have to explain the process. And if you vote for more than one person on the first round, it's because you wanted those people."
- Senator Daniel Thatcher (R), UT Senate District 11

Polarization is for the ice caps, not politics. #ApprovalVoting helps us elect elect candidates that reflect the values of the average voter, not those who lean into partisanship and inflated language.
We all know that bad incumbent we can't seem to get rid of. This happens because our voting method forces us to choose between the lesser of two evils rather than letting us choose our favorite. #ApprovalVoting fixes this.
With ballots already arriving, voters should feel empowered when they open them up. Instead, we often feel defeated and frustrated. #ApprovalVoting is a simple solution that empowers good candidates to run and you to choose them.
Approval Voting ensures you can fire bad incumbents who didn't deliver on their promises by removing the fear of electing a worse candidate.
We had a great time tabling at the Meet the Moderates event this past weekend, thanks to all those who talked to us to learn about #ApprovalVoting!
No one likes watching mudslinging season, Approval Voting encourages civil campaigning making elections about candidates' policies, rather than what they dislike about their opponents.
Us tabling tomorrow at the Meet the Moderates event tomorrow 😉 Stop by! #ApprovalVoting unitedutah.org/calendar

Great to see Equal.Vote also working to push approval as well as STAR Voting. both are great and will equally end political division.
Utahns increasingly feel that our representatives aren't listening to them, with no consequence for not listening though, why would they? See how #ApprovalVoting solves this: utahapproves.org/faq
