Added sugars in NYers’ diets are a major contributor to diet-related diseases - like type 2 diabetes & heart disease. Thank you @KeithPowersNYC, @Lynn4NYC & the 36 (!) other Council co-sponsors for requiring chain restaurants to post added sugar warning labels.
