Feed testing day. If you use a bale processor I guess you don’t have to pull the net wrap back to core bales. #cheapknowledge #donotguess The 13’ sorghum Sudangrass blend swaths impress me in a drought.

.@obiohadurunna and I have an online survey asking about the use (and non-use) of swathgrazing. Over 150 responses so far. We still want to hear from cattle producers from BC to MB. Link to survey: ca1se.voxco.com/SE/90/Swathg… #westcdnag #cattle

Swath grazing coming down. Should save a little fuel and time this winter, done spending money on feeding once it’s cut

Union Forage Swath grazing blend with millet. 90 mm of rain since seeding. Lots of options with this blend, standing graze, silage, or swath graze. Lots of other options to fit your program. Shoot me a message let’s chat. @weber4farms @UnionForage @GraemeFinn1

Well done Darin I think we don’t use our irrigation systems enough for grazing cows in tuff times – at Rocky View County, Alberta

Such a greatday for a sod seeding clinic at our place today. A huge shoutout to @bekkrause at Wallaby Ag for not only organizing the day but being the wealth of information that you are! @GraemeFinn1 @GrantLastiwka this goes for both of you too! We are indebted to all 3 of you!

Needed to use up some old inventory & some new seeds sourced from @UnionForage
Whopper of a crop, hoping for big grazing capacity in the Fall too yet!

The 4 bottom plants are @syngentacanada #Enogen. The top 2 are a different variety we are using to compare. So far this corn has been through drought and hail, but it is coming on now. @UnionForage
