We remain incredibly grateful to Sally Rooney for writing an afterword for ‘The Gaza Tribunal: Britain’s Complicity in Genocide.’ Well done Sally for standing with the Palestinian people. Your political courage is an inspiration to us all.

An incredible speech. The Jewish leader of Lambeth council denounces Labour’s weaponisation of antisemitism. Conflating the evil of antisemitism with opposing Israel’s crimes has to stop
Martin Abram's speech to full council last night about his experiences as a Jewish man facing antisemitism, the dangers of turning antisemitism into a political football, and our drive to make Lambeth a borough of sanctuary and solidarity for all – no hatred used to divide us!

This story is extremely important: A whistleblower revealed that Brazil's far-right Bolsonaro family dynasty met with Meta to discuss US plans to interfere in Brazil's election, to prevent Lula from winning. Lula's Facebook and Instagram accounts were censored a few days before the first round of the presidential election. This had a huge impact on the election, because Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which are all owned by Meta, are the most popular apps in Brazil, and are hugely influential all across Latin America. (Jair Bolsonaro's son Flávio was declared the winner of the first round of the vote, by a narrow margin.) Meta later admitted that Lula's accounts had been restricted, but it claimed that this was supposedly due to a "technical error"... The whistleblower who disclosed this is Nadia Beller, a Bolivian journalist who was almost killed by hitmen hired by Fernando Cerimedo, a far-right Argentine political operative who oversees election interference, bots, and disinformation campaigns. Cerimedo is closely linked to the US government and has worked for pretty much every right-wing leader in Latin America. He was photographed with Donald Trump Jr. and members of the Bolsonaro family, and he received an award at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida a few months before he was arrested for the failed assassination attempt against Beller, his pregnant ex-girlfriend. This is Jennifer Gerber. She was @AndyBurnham’s principal adviser during his 3 ministerial roles from 2007-10 After Labour lost the 2010 election, she became executive director of Israeli embassy front group "Labour Friends of Israel" (LFI). She would stay in the role for a decade, playing a leading role in the campaign to destroy pro-Palestinian Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn from 2015-19 Gerber is still listed as a director of LFI on Companies House Andy Burnham was funded by LFI and Israeli Foreign Ministry in 2004 to go on a propaganda tour of Israel. The then chair of LFI was James Purnell. Burnham recently appointed Purnell as his chief of staff in No 10 At the LFI leadership hustings in 2015, Burnham said that Israel would be the first place he visited if he won the Labour leadership race. The year after, Burnham joined LFI The lobby has the whole political class sewn up
