Before → After My FIRST design roast of @Dinbeaters's UNO—a wearable tech for pets, enabling vets to monitor health in real-time! As part of @Sprintfolio_co's mission to empower early career UX designers, I teamed up with @MrNick_Buzz and @TypedreamHQ to pioneer a design sprint – learning from the design roasting community and using AI to level up our skills. I used typedream’s AI website builder to help me with the initial copy writing and I imported it into figma to start playing around with the base layout. This entire process took me a little over 2 hours to put together. 🌈my learnings: ✨Be crystal clear who the product benefits: vets & pets ✨Embracing color tropes enhances immediate recognition: I know the red, white and blue is a bit garish - but, in one glance you can’t deny that it’s for vets and pets, and intensive care. No questions about it! ✨First impressions matter: landing pages should instantly communicate value. While Dinbeat’s original landing page looks sleek like an Apple page, you would still have to scroll down to understand what the heck it is and who benefits from it. Overall, I enjoyed the process of redesigning this site. I’d love to hear your thoughts!
