To anyone who says Edinburgh Fringe is a bubble... my local baker just gave me an extra cookie and whispered "well done for all your success" 😭❤

FYI #edfringe if you, like me, bought food that you didn't end up cooking, you can drop it off at the Pleasance Courtyard reception from tomorrow.

Hey @edfringe I'm feeling... all the feels of 2022. Give me your shows about collectivism, collective action, togetherness, activism. Not one person shows about activism, the ones with the joy and challenges of working as a group / team / mass.

I feel like I haven't seen enough *weird* stuff yet at the fringe. Can anyone recommend any great *weird* stuff?
I'm thinking immersive, multimedia, physical theatre... like a modern art gallery equivalent of theatre, you know?

Any tutor, mentor or 'expert' who tells you they are 'preparing you for the industry' by treating you badly is lying. This business can indeed be harsh-but anyone not prioritising your safety or actively working to change that system is perpetuating, not addressing it.

Plea to #edfringe performers, if you do want to shout about positive reviews, please link to the review itself, not just a screenshot. We Fringe media publications need promotion too.

Here’s the thing. #edfringe performers are incredible. Everyone is on a marathon, exhausted, and yet the art they are making! It’s funny, empathetic, poignant.
And don’t get me started on how kind every single person is.
#EdinburghFringe is magical

Anyone working at the fringe this year – how do you feel venues/promotors/orgs are doing on safety? Would you know where to turn if you experienced sexual harassment, had concerns about a colleague, or felt unsafe working late shows? Is it better than previous years? DMs are open
