I did a talk at a prison a few months ago and recognised someone in the audience. Like a lot of the guys he was making thoughtful comments throughout, but his face looked kind of young and innocent.
Finally I asked where I knew him from and he reminded me that we studied at Cambridge together. This was the last place I expected to find him, but when he told me he was in for @Pal_action it made perfect sense. My eyes almost watered with pride.
These people are principled and selfless. Their protests have come closest to matching the insanity of what we’ve seen in Gaza. They have shown bravery that puts most of us to shame, and they stand as a reminder of how hard we should all be fighting. Free Palestine, Free @Pal_action 🇵🇸 donate below 👇🏾

Are artists still here? Are audiences? Seeing a lot of screaming and a lot of celeb gossip. Time to find out if Twitter still has any sort of communicative value!
Crawling out of hiberation because there's some really good sh*t coming to the Edinburgh festivals this August 👀👀

We are deeply troubled by Twitter's new policy on blocking, which has always been our first defence from racist trolling and harassment. We have locked our account for now, until we have made a decision on how best to navigate these changes (or until they are reversed).
